In the afternoon of February 24, 2022, we held an online cooperation meeting with the School of Economics of the University of Bristol, UK. The meeting was attended by Dean Prof. Zhang Liguo, Deputy Director of the International Office Yang Yong, Associate Dean Prof. Li Guomin, teachers Lu Yang and Xia Jinglin, as well as Professor Paola Manziniz, Professor Natasha Kerven, Professor Gabrielle Osborne, Professor Jahir Islam and teaching secretaries of the School of Economics of the University of Bristol. The meeting was chaired by the Teaching Secretary of the School of Economics, University of Bristol, UK.

First, Professor Paola Manzini, Dean of the School of Economics at the University of Bristol, gave a brief introduction to the School. The university is ranked 62nd in QS, 64th in Soft World University Academic Ranking, and its economics major is ranked 9th in the UK. It hopes to develop more transnational cooperation with the School of Economics of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in strengthening economics research and talent cultivation.

Next, Director Yang briefly introduced the running situation and the characteristics of our university. Then, Dean Zhang Liguo introduced the school of economics and pointed out that the school of economics has a well-structured, excellent and fruitful teaching and research team in economics research, and has achieved many important research results in related fields. Dean Zhang expected that the two schools and colleges could carry out in-depth cooperation in economics, student training, scientific research cooperation, faculty exchange, and discipline construction in the future.

Finally, both sides discussed the specific details of cooperation and exchange in a pleasant atmosphere.
