Recently, the results of the 2022 MCM competition were announced, and the team composed of Xiaoya Zhang from the School of Economics, Zini Yang from the School of Finance, and Mengjie Zong from the School of Information Management won the Outstanding winner. More than 45,000 participants from 15,105 teams worldwide participated in this competition, and 23 outstanding prizes were selected, which is only 0.152%, and this is the first outstanding prize of Jiangxi University in this competition!

 The American College Mathematical Modeling Competition is a globally oriented event and the most influential mathematical modeling competition, which requires students to complete a prescribed selection within four days. The selection of our Grand Prize winning team was Asset Trading Strategy Development, in which they used the ARIMA-LSTM model to forecast asset trading prices and build and change trading strategies to expand asset returns through dynamic programming and genetic algorithms.
